Two of my family members and I came to Omaha, NE for a wedding. When we arrived at the New Victorian, we were greeted by two gentleman at the Registration Desk. They where professional, friendly and very helpful! Breakfast was from 6-9 am. They had Biscuits & Gravy, 3 types of Cereals, Bagels & Cream Cheese, Toast, Coffee, Milk, Orange Juice, Apple Juice and you could make your own Waffles! Everything was fresh, tasted great and the area was very clean! I am forever grateful to Todd, who works the Registration Desk (among other things and he was one of the gentleman who greeted us at the Registration Desk) and Seth, one of the Maintenance Employees! I was frazzled and had a lot on my mind that weekend. On Fri. afternoon, I accidentally locked my keys in my vehicle - a 2004 Toyota RAV4, which I have a key to unlock and to use to start the vehicle, not a Key FOB - and I mistakenly left it running for 3 hours! 😢 I didn’t realize this until it was time for my family and I to go to a function and I was looking for my keys! Believe me, I was sick to my stomach! 🥲 I went to the Registration Desk, and, long story short, Todd called Seth and after about 30 minutes of working hard, Seth was able to unlock my vehicle! Seth was patient and persistent! I was/am truly grateful! 👍 Our rooms were clean, quiet and we all slept very comfortably! I would definitely recommend the New Victorian Inn and Suites! 👍

Good location the staff seems a little bit overworked because they did give us a room at first that when we walked in had a TV going had food everywhere and had a bed that was unmade and it seemed to be already occupied didn't even walk fully into the room just close the door very quietly and went downstairs and informed the front desk guy sure I think there's somebody in that room because we went in there there's TV on the lights are on it sounds like somebody's taking a shower so just be aware of somebody else possibly being in the room before you go in if you stay here other than that it's pretty great place

Water gets nice and hot and lasts! Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was OK. Always deals for cheaper than competitors. Quick access to interstate. Always a story to go home with.... well ya see there were some law enforcement hanging out last night... presumably due to Harry & Lloyd Rollin up on a lawnmower and a dirt bike. While Bubba changed his alternator in the parking lot. Or possibly it was the "working girl" who rode the elevator with me... she seemed nice, shifty eyes, no harm tho. She was probably just mething around. So the stays are always entertaining to say the least. 🤣

When i came in staff already knew who i was. Check in was nice and smooth. He went straight to my reservation and checked me. I Had to leave for a minute and my spouse was on his way. The staff, I am sorry i cant remember his name, held the key for him until.he arrived. I will be coming here again. The room was clean bed was very comfortable!!

The room was comfortable and attractive. Everything was in order as expected. It was a good location for us to visit my mom who is in assisted living in LaVista. The property is obviously making improvements to its public areas, which is always a good sign. Restaurants were nearby, which was convenient.
